Before we started our CSA, we began our journey as a wholesale company! We make deliveries to our wholesale clients in NYC every Wednesday, and we make deliveries to our wholesale clients in the Hudson valley every Thursday.

We specialize in northeast oysters, but also offer a variety of PEI cocktail oysters, as well as mussels, littlenecks, steamers, and more.
