Supplements:
To be picked up with your oysters, you can order supplements of other fresh seafood! These are:
Seafood Supplement ($12 per pickup): A rotation of classic bivalves like mussels, steamers, and littlenecks, with occasional seasonal surprise items like razor clams or scallops. We provide recipes for each item, and encourage our members to share some of their own!
Adventure Supplement ($30 per pickup): Our selection of the freshest available Atlantic seafood for adventurous eaters and chefs! Examples include unagi filets, trays of uni, whole steelhead trout, surf clams, Peconic escargot or escargot caviar, and diver scallops. Ingredients may require purging or to be broken down before cooking. Please note: the Adventure Supplement is only available biweekly, and will be delivered biweekly (for member's of weekly plans, you'll receive the supplement every other week).
